I thought I heard that it too (in addition to the Microsoft stuff) was going to be made available today.

Anyone know anything about this?

Everyone seems to think that it will be. I can't get my Software Update control panel to connect.

I can't get my Software Update to connect either... They're probably finishing uploading Mac OS 9.0.4 to all of the Software Update servers now and will probably be avilible tommarow.

My Software Update panel connects without problem, yesterday and today. BUT it's returning a message that "Software Update has found no new or updated software for your system." Which, I know isn't true, because I deliberately left Open Transport 2.6 un-updated so that it would find THAT (I have 2.5 on my machine).

<sigh>

Wouldn't it be nice if Apple loaded a copy of the update into every registered iTools user's iDisk when it's ready?

peace,
Linda

Maybe they at Apple have already noticed the discontentement ove some of the people ho have already updated to OS 9.0.4 and are developing a 9.0.5 or something like that... My Software Update CP is working fine, I've cheked out by removing the Apple Audio Extension and the USB Audio Extension from my extensions folder. And by runing Software Update CP, it propted me for updating.

Some reports are that a problem occured with the CD-ROM version of the update and Apple wants to clear that out before putting the update online.
