Something called LexmarkCUPSDriver constantly revs up my fans at 80-90% of processor capacity - how do I stop this?

I never use my Lexmark printer, so the entire driver infrastructure can come right out.

Go to Finder>GO>Computer>YOUR HD> Applications>Printers and drag the Lexmark folder to someplace else where you will remember having stored it and restart. That way if you need the stuff back, you can just drag it back.
