To all reader,
Maybe I post wrong forum, but hope you can answer my question, thanks.
I want to ask the price of some software which I want to buy, 1) MAYA 3.0 or 4.0, 2) Photoshop 6.0 English or Chinese version, 3) Lightwave 3D 6.5, 4) 3D Studio MAX 4.0.

Please reply me, thank you very much.
If you can, please tell me where you find the price, thanks again.

Why don't go to Apple Centre to check out the price?

In Hong Kong, Apple Centre has a lot of software selling especially Adobe Software.

If you think the price is very expensive there, go to some auction web sites in HK, the price is cheaper than the shops.

Hi

The prices are different from reseller to reseller ( if you are getting this from a reseller, of course). You will probably need to "shop around" a bit since some software companies seems to prefer you getting it from a third party reseller while others will let you order it directly from the manufacturer. Only Maya 3 Complete are announced to be available on the macplatform and 3D Studio Max are`nt available at all and probably never will be, at least not in the near future.
http://www.aliaswavefront.com (Maya) http://www.newtek.com (Lightwave) http://www.adobe.com (Photoshop) http://www.discreet.com (3DSMax)

Most of these companies have prices on their site or they have some "where to buy" section which will help you to find out where to get the prices in your local area.

No problem
If you have further questions i suggest you post them in the "third party software" section.
