I tried out SMART Utilty and found some errors on one of my two RAID disks.
DiskWarrior and Disk Utility do no find any problems.
Do you have any experience with SMART Utility? Can it be trusted? Should I replace the hard disk because it found errors (bad sectors) or should I rely on Time machine?
Thanks.

Try SMART Reporter if you don't like SMART Utility.
They're just reporting the raw scores from the disk; DW/DU have their own thresholds for what scores make a disk good or bad.
