If anyone is in this position, I just talked to apple, they said call one of the local service providers.. I did, and they said since it is still under warrenty that it's no problem, just might have to pay for the one new fan or something, getting more info when he calls back.

so your still covered if it is under one year or you have apple care

I sold my Power Mac recently. Had already modded the fans myself before signing up for the replacement Apple kit. Have the kit right here. Anybody want it?

have been trying to go through my local apple service provider, they agree it is covered by warrenty, but can't seem to find the parts lol

what can I get you for that kit?
