I am helping someone fix their ibook G4 and it looks like we need a replacement motherboard. We are looking to buy a broken ibook that has a good motherboard. It is a 1st gen G4 ibook (Oct 03 - Apr 04), 14" 1GHz, so we need to find a similar one (same gen same speed). It will need shipped to 81082, CO, U.S. I am estimating a price of about $250 but the exact price will depend on the actual condition of the ibook. Please PM me if you have one for sale. Thanks!

djreactor is repairing g3 (yes, I know you've got a g4) logic boards for $75 each. Might be worth touching base with him on it if you can't find a new board.

Humm... I will check with him if I do not find anything in a few days. Also, I have a lombard with a bad CPU, no CD drive, and no battery that I would trade as partial payment for the broken ibook.
