Hi all, I would like to share my recent modding project. Which I've merge a Wacom Intuos3 with a MacBook.
Those of you that like to read more about it, please visit my t build log. I've put it on my website for easier update.
cheers.

Wow, nearly inspiration to do this myself. Although I may just spring for the real deal. It would be awesome to have it be portable (as in not needing to keep your Macbook plugged in).

Yeah, got a plan to do so, but by doing that I need to add a regulator chip on the firewire port to get constant 12V. The unit wasn't really that portable with all the metal & acrylic casing, that's the reason I did not put in the battery.

you might consider putting the battery in just for the UPS benefit.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Will consider to place in the battery since it's just sitting on the table now.
