Hi...
I'm just trying to install diablo2.
I use the Diablo2 MAC OSX Native Installer from www.blizzard.com.
When i install only diablo2, everything works fine.
But when i try to install expansion ...
I first have to insert D2 Install disk - okay. Then i have to insert D2 Play Disk - okay.
But then i have to insert Expansion Disk - DAMN! I insert the disk, and my mac mini throws it out again! He thinks it's the wrong disk or ... i dunno!
Please help me!

PS: on the expasion Disk is written: Windows 95/98/200/ME/NT4.0
Did they forget MAC or is there an other disk for MAC OSX?!

That's odd. Lord of Destruction was the first brand new Blizzard product to ship as a hybrid disk from the first shipment. Can you system recognize the disk if you insert it without running the installer? Maybe it's a bad disk.

Yes it recognizes it, but there are exe files on it. and some other stuff. donno much about it.

You'll need to swap the disk with a Mac compatible disk then, even though every LoD disk should be Mac compatible. You can swap with Blizzard but that usually costs money. Do you have any PC using friends that own the game? Maybe you can swap the LoD disk with them and try that.

And if I download it on download bases? I own the game, would that still be illegal?
