I need a better heatsink for an old G4 that has a Giga-Deisgns dual cpu upgrade. The cpus get hot enough to cook breakfast (no really) and I need a thicker heatsink to help cool the system off better.
So, the question is where can I get a custom heatsink milled? I guess I'm basically looking for any type of shop that mills metal... copper preferably.

A custom milled heat-sink might cost more than getting a new computer.

That's true but that is not the point of the project

Check how the heatsink is attached - if you're lucky, they used some industry-stantard mechanism - which would mean that you can get a good HS without a hassle.
