One of the biggest struggles with staying in shape is setting goals that we can obtain. For us, we find that we're far more likely to achieve even our loftiest goals when we can monitor our progress in some sort of data-centric way. That's why we're taking a look at the iHealth Core, a wireless body composition scale that was designed to sync up with your iPhone or iPad to help keep you on track -- how does this synergy actually work, though? Read our review to find out.

I got the similar scale from Vitasigns that you were promoting here earlier in the year, and the app hasn't worked since the IOS 9 Public Beta was released. Repeated inquiries just garner another "We're working on it" response. The wireless scale and app from Withings both work without issue.
