help viewer and Quicken 2002

	Mac OS 9.2 Installed Quicken Deluxe 2002. When all applications are closed the tool bar Help menu doesn't send me to Mac Help or Mac Tutorials - rather it opens to a blank window and any query sends me to Quicken help. It's like the Help Viewer has been set to Quicken, rather than Mac help.
