I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I am looking for a solution for being able to post client proofs online for them to login and approve or comment on.

Is anyone using such a product or is this something that needs to be custom developed by programmers?

Are you sure you mean "proofing"?

Proofing is print preparation to check the accuracy of the printed colors.

Don't you rather mean "posting proof sheets"?

If you have Photoshop or Lightroom, there are web galleries you can use that for.

You can download templates for web galleries for free from the internet. Some are password protected, but I don't think it's necessary.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. More for the client approval and proof(reading) process of designs, photos, etc. online, before making press ready or even choosing from various concepts.

A sort of 'room' for each client to log into and view the work, click ok/changes/make notes, etc.
