I'm in favor of the first statement as long as we're talking about recreational sex.
I'm also in favor of all of the President's opponents applying parts of their body, specifically those located in their oral cavities, towards keeping the President hygienically tidy.
As far as the second statement, I favor having beautiful young-ish women follow said advice whenever possible, referring of course, to my person.
If, by "Lick" one refers to BESTING the Dynamic Duo currently and due to continue occupying the highest offices in the land, well, I oppose it.
