I was just watching NBC, and they showed a new iMac commercial! Hopefully Apple will post it soon. It was pretty funny, in the same vein as the Dance and Superdrive commercials.
And it has Jeff Goldblum narration!

I can't believe it... Washing dishes while my father has ER on in the next room over. How depressing.

Let's show 'em why Macworld 2003 won't be like Macworld 2002.

Goldbloom again ?!?!?!?!?!?!? Decent spot until he re-appeared.
Personally I always liked Jeff Goldblum. For me he was one of the things that defined the original iMac. What I'd love to see now is a re-hash of one of the old ads (no more than one). Maybe the "3 Steps to the internet" ad. They've already done two versions so why not a third?
Anyway, maybe Goldblum shouldn't be in all Apple commercials, but I think he should at least be in the iMac ones.

Why hasn't Apple posted this commercial on their site. They usually have this stuff up there.

The sticking the tongue out part is just great! Adds new meaning to the phrase 'spits out the CD'.

Apple put out some cash to have an ad spot at the Acadamy Awards. This is the first time they have ever done this, so I bet they are either using this ad or another one. Either way...it's halarious!
I'm so glad that Goldblum is back too..I love his voice. (Keep remembering his "Beige?" iMac commecial. Great stuff. Apple should really sell cds with all of their old commercials. I know you can get them from the Mac Advocate web site but still...I'd buy one from Apple. Or better yet, include the movie of the machine you just bought on it. I would have loved to have Kermit's song on the Sage iMac back when I bought one. Even OS X has a personal directory for movies, and doesn't even come with any. Too bad.

There is some guy on e-bay who sells all of the Apple ads on CDs. I bought one last year. Pretty funky.

At least there's no sign of any snobby kids ala iBook dual-USB (the airplane ad). Let's try and stay as far away from Dell as possible, Apple, okay?
