So the first 512MB Stick I ordered from 18004Memory.com caused kernal panics.

I asked them to send me a replacement, and now instead of causing kernal panics, its just causing random apps to randomly 'unexpectedly quit' all the time.

Ive already gone through two separate RAMs (soon to be three), Im beginning to wonder if its a problem with my powerbook and/or the memory seat? Could this be possible?

Do you have any problems when you use only the original stick ? If the original stick works fine in both RAM seats, then I think it's safe to assume that your PB is fine. If you have problems with other (non-original) RAM modules in either seat, then the modules probably the problem ...
When upgrading my RAM I also got 2 bad sticks, maybe just bad luck or just the wrong brand ... don't know, but good luck !!

stuffing feathers up your b*tt doesn't make you a chicken.
