Editing the Finder's "Open With" CM?

	Is there a way to reset the list of apps that show up in the Finder's right/control-click contextual menu? Right now I'm doing my usual updates for a website for a client, and I find it handy to use Labels to keep track of changes and essential files I'm using, etc. The problem is, everytime I use the CM on the HTML files and scroll down the menu, there's a HUGE delay before it drops down to the other options in the menu. This is because of the huge list of apps that show up under "Open With..." It's sure annoying.
