Do I have to report my PayPal earnings to the IRS come tax day?

Do they send you a W2 or other documentation for those earnings? Are your earnings substantial enough to be a significant portion of your income? I'd start with answering those two questions.

The tax is an income tax. Dividends are income. Thus, it is taxed.

Yeah, because the completely Republican government we've had for a long time now has been so aggressive about repealing all those taxes they don't want.

I pay a lot less in taxes with the current Republican administration than I did with the previous Liberal administration. And I make more money than before.

Republicans are big spenders and love big government. Get over it. American "properity" is built on debt and it's bullshit. We need to eliminate the deficit and pay down the national debt.

Why spend your own money when other's are willing to give you theirs?

Maybe we should just eliminate all of our foreign aid and then we won't have to borrow from China?

If you don't want to pay taxes on interest earnings from PayPal. Transfer your money to one of many tax-free interest baring investments, you may actually earn a higher rate of return.

Plus US aid to other countries is one half of one percent of our total budget. Now look at our military budget, or the iraq war, or our wonderful nuke shield, or just the pure PORK we spend on pet projects for individual states.
