Also,if that's your desktop, what's your screen saver?

I just exported my theme mod as a DLTA and applied it via Themechanger.

Doing this also themes the Boot Panel and Login Panel.

I guess it should just be called "a-merge-of-many-other-artists-elements-that-is-semi-reminiscent-of-the-alienmorph-pc-gui"?

Dj is making the proper theme, this was just an experiment by me to familiarize myself where each element is in Themepark, and something to use with the icons until Dj released his one.

Also, in the "readme" it did say that none of the elements were mine.
It was in no way a serious theme, and in that respect I never really thought a release was appropriate. Takashi was only one of the list that Dj mentioned above and was listed in the readme.
I'm sorry for any damage I've done, it was by no way a serious project, just some fun.

Badidea is correct. It's the icon of the software control app for my M-Audio Revolution 7.1 sound card.

The satellite icon in the menu bar is the icon for an app called SETI Menu. It allows you to run and control the SETI@Home without having to use the Terminal.

And I have no screensaver. Waste of CPU power. My machine's CPU power goes to SETI when I am not around. I do have some pretty trippy screensavers installed though.

Many people have reported severe system problems using Themechanger (swapping system resources) while I have never once had a problem using this method...... until late last September this was the only method available. I still use it and will continue to use it for the sake of continuity within my system themeing. Yes, it will theme apps but I still use Shapeshifter as well.

I only use Themechanger for the sake of themeing my Boot Panel, Login Panel and ATM window.

bv, open a finder window, and press the "actions" toolbar button thing. Select "view options". One of the four checkboxes says "show item info". With this checked, many items show info on what is in the file or folder under it's name. Folders say how many items are in them, music files and QT movies say how long they are, and image files (most types anyway) say what the dimensions are. Using this can slow down the finder a little bit though.

::edit:: ...and when it says how long a media file is, it is usually wrong. Maybe Tiger'll fix it.

peace.

DJ, went to PC Vision and looked in the downloads section for the Crash wallpaper, but out of the 5 listed it wasn't there. I searched via google, both sites and images, with no luck. Is it possible they pulled it or the link is off?

I was stuck in a circle.

Also I felt that /some/ macusers were way out of my league and pretending to be the founders of all things computing. Not always on this board but on many others. Being very elitist in a sense.

I just needed to relax a bit and get around the restrictions concerning OSX.
