I guess I just don't understand the sense of priorities around here sometimes.
Why are we more concerned about a zealous talking head who even the majority of Republicans feel is not qualified for office, than we are those currently in office, leading our country, and acting f-ing retarded? (to quote the words of the OP)

The left's sense of political priorities seems to focus mostly on:
1. people talking on the radio that they disagree with.
2. Corporations that make products for *gasp* profit and actually employ people.
3. Out of office politicians that they disagree with.
4. Citizens who who dare to let their representatives know they are taxed enough already.
These are all huge 'enemies' to be stopped at any cost.
But when it comes to politicians in office, granting them power over everyone's health, direct pipelines into everyone's wallets with endless increases whenever they screw up and want more, the power to regulate any and everything, the power to throw anyone in jail who doesn't bow down to the above- well, none of that is any big concern.
Not a high priority at all. Heck, grant anyone who makes a speech with enough buzz words like 'change' and 'hope' in it even more power and look the other way whenever corruption is exposed.

I don't know, but it's a good question.
I think we are a celebrity obsessed culture, and the media wants to manufacture Palin into the celebrity that Obama is in order to sell more ads and increase their ratings. At this point, Palin seems more like a reality TV show than a formidable intellectual power in politics.

For the record, it was. Just as it was okay for Sarah Palin.
Yeah, like Sarah Palin, Diane Feinstein was making fun of Pres. Reagan and Pres. Bush for using a teleprompter. /sarcasm
It's okay?
You mean like it's okay for Sarah Palin to use a teleprompter, it's okay for Pres. Reagan to use a teleprompter, it's okay for Pres. Bush to use a teleprompter, so why make fun of Pres. Obama for using teleprompter?

Bush Tax Cuts == Job Killer
June 2001: 132,047,000 employed
June 2003: 129,839,000 employed
2.21 million jobs were LOST after 2 years of Bush Tax Cuts.

Republican priorities
1. Hope Pres. Obama fails
2. Vote no on everything
3. Obstruction, filibuster everything
4. Criticizing Pres. Obama, even for doing to same things Republicans support during the Pres. Bush years

I guess I should add that people who criticize the President regarding the teleprompter isn't that he just that he uses it. It's the belief that he relies on it too much. Of course the last several Presidents have used teleprompters.

I wasn't addressing you specifically.
You know, people like Sarah Palin making fun of Pres. Obama using teleprompter and putting herself into a situation where she had to "cheat" by using hand notes.
Yes, that's f-king retarded.

The world is filled with retards based on that sort of logic, because a majority voted for Obama and look where that got us. It's not that they weren't warned in advance either.
