I use a G4 with a Dual Boot system - OS9.2 and 10.3 and use Internet Explorer as my default browser. The G4 surfs the net fine under 9.2 but is fairly sluggish under OS10.3 at all times. It performs a little better using Safari as a browser, but is still much slower than OS9.2. Is there anything that I can do to improve it’s speed when surfing the net under OS10.3? How about using a net accelerator? Do they work and what one is worth trying?

Safari in OS 10.4 is much, much faster. However, if you're not going to be updating anytime soon, checkout Firefox, Camino, or Shiira. One of those will probably be the fastest browser you can get on OS 10.3.

OmniWeb 5.5 should also be pretty snappy.
