I have been using 3com switches 3300 and 4300 and 3com hubs in the past.

Never did I have any problems managing them from Mac OS X.

Today I received a 4400 switch only to discover that 3com went the Windowscentric way.

No more 3com for me...

3Com has always been over priced and under-featured IMHO.

Netgear is cheap and high quality. Give 'em a try.
signatures are a waste of bandwidth
especially ones with political tripe in them.

what do you mean by windowscentric? is it the web-based administration you're talking about? surely, that would stink if their web control panel was activex-based.
