1. PowerBook - The only non-UMA apple product. It has to be updated soon.

2. Mac OS 9 - It REALLY needs an update to improve compatibility.

3. G4 - 500 MHz probably.

1/ Powerbooks updated (pismo) may have bigger monitors? Support for Airport?

2/ 17inch monitor iMac Replacement for iMac DV SE model?

3/ Mac OS 9.1 Bug fixes, updates etc...

4/ Dual processor G4... imagine 2 G4 500's.

5/ Appleworks 6 (Rainmaker)... new interface, Loads more features, etc...

Some of these things are just rumours, most of which I think wont be announced just yet.

Apple always manages to surprise us with something.

* Explorer 5.0, finally... hopefully.
* Strata StudioPro 2.8, depending on the position of the stars above Salt Lake City.

Quite a few a people are dispointed at the lack of hardware news from apple...

couple of things...

1/ Steve Jobs says All macs now support Airport - Does this mean powerbooks have had a 'silent' update?

2/ Does anyone know when we'll see the quake 3 demo running on OS X - The one that crashed in the keynotes.?

well, actually quake 3 hung while loading a map. but that has happened on other platforms as well. i've also heard it could have been a memory leak from another application running on that computer (oops!). anyway, it was a very rushed port, with john carmack getting married shortly before the expo.
