I remember there being an app that will watch what others are accessing in your library but I can't remember the name and a search on macupdate for itunes sharing isn't turning it up.

Anyone know of an app that does this? preferably one that logs too.

I responded to this post with what should be at least a temporary solution to your question. If someone knows how to it might be possible to have applescript get and save the information from the open files pane.
