iMac DV not booting

	I have a iMac DV, that isn't booting. I'm trying to fix it for a friend, so any help would be great. The machine, had a bum harddrive, so I replaced that. After I finished that I installed OS9.2 and updated to the latest firmware. Now when I press the power button, it will go through the boot chime, followed by a brief flicker from the CRT and then it will either power off or the green power led will go to half intensity and it will just sit there. Any suggestions on how to test the analog board? Thanks Steve
