Since many of my customers send incomplete orders due to a lack af JS abilities in Safari I have added an alert popup which can be tested at http://www.watchband.biz/pub/orderform.htm. I cannot test it since I don't have access to a MAC with Safari on it. So may I ask you folks to have a look?
Thanks.

You don't have a Media Access Control address?

MAC == Media Access Control, Mac == Macintosh.

Where is Safari failing? It has pretty good JS support, so 'Lack of JS abilities' may be a bit strong. Anyway, your alert works: "Are all product variants (e.g. color, size) listed? If not, try another browser!"
Just who are Britain? What do they? Who is them? And why?

It's news to me Safari has problems with JS support. But what sort of JS are you doing...

Even attempting to close the window displays your "Are all product variants..." popup.
