i'm looking for a web host offering these features:

shared SSL where they let you use a script on a secure server with their certificate (e.g., https://ssl.webhost.com/myaccount/script.php)

PHP/mySQL - at least one mySQL db preferably w/ no space limit

does anyone here have a site hosted with these features? if so, let me know which company you are using, how you like their services, and please post your site's address.

thanx,

btw, disk space/bandwidth shouldn't be a problem.
Can I have that cookie?

I've used http://www.123ehost.com . They have shared SSL, PHP, and mySQL, but they've got some pretty serious problems, too.

You can't access your mySQL database from the shared SSL machine, so you need to do something like encrypt your data and use curl to send it to the insecure machine.

You have no space outside of documentroot on the shared SSL, and you've got no write access from PHP on the shared SSL.

These limitations make it pretty damn hard to actually do anything with the shared SSL. And when you contact their tech support and say, "look, you can improve your service without opening any security holes by running the following command...," they say no.

But, they're cheap!
