I just bought another lcd for my MDD G4, but in order to use it I need either an ADC->VGA adapter or an ADC->DVI adapter. I prefer the latter.

I see these for $20 online, but I am hoping someone here has one that they just don't use any more.

If you have a MDD compatible video card that is better than my stock radeon 9000 pro and has dual dvi outputs I might alternatively be interested in that for the right price.

I have purchased many things here before so MacNN is my biggest reference.

PM, IM, or email me anything you got.

well the new monitor is in and I still don't have an adaptor.

I'll give it another few days here before I buy one at full price

So just to be absolutely sure... you're looking for an ADC > DVI converter... not a DVI > ADC. As in you've got an ADC port on your video card and you want to use a DVI monitor.

(a lot of people get confused about this. you don't seem like one of those people though. You seem to know exactly what you need. But you never can be too careful.)

I've got one. How's $15 shipped? You save tax and shipping and $5.

You are 100% right chipchen. That is why I mentioned I had a MDD machine and why I mentioned I was buying an LCD with a DVI port. The radeon 9000 I have came with the ADC port, the DVI port and a DVI --> VGA adapter. My 19" dell is using the dvi port and that is why I need the adapter.

Of course the new monitor didn't come with a dvi cable so I will be using the adc->dvi adapter from you and then the dvi-vga adapter from apple to connect the new screen.

I'll pm you now for details.
thanks for looking everyone!
