PayPal has been completely down all day - they keep bringing it up and down all day, and I haven't been able to access my money or receive payments for my eBay auctions.

Since I do $100+ worth of business through PayPal every day, this is really affecting me.

Anyone want to suggest alternatives to PayPal for online payment systems?

Like what? I have been unable to find a suitable replacement. I haven't personally had any problems with them but due to their reputation I am wary to keep more than $1000 in my account at a time.

I keep my balance low as well but I second that; I have never had any problems with PayPal.

I hope this is a wake up call for PayPal. They are going to loose a lot of customers because of this outage. I wonder what kind of excuse they will cough up.

Might want to try:
yowcow.com
or
egold.com

I've never had any problems with paypal, but downtime like that is not good.

Have you (or anyone else) used this yowcow site? I like their rates.

Anything more then 4-6 hours is catastrophic considering their business is 100% online driven.

I'm sure they are working on it, but I never have these issues with my brick and mortar bank.
