VERY slow samba mounts over airport extreme & Panther

	Alright, on Jaguar I got at max 300kB/s over 54Mbps airport extreme link from samba mounts. If I ftp'd to the samba server I got over 3MB/s. I was pissed, but kept hoping panther would improve samba speed.. boy was I wrong! On Panther I can get at MAX 50kB/s from samba mount over a bloody 54Mbps airport "extreme"! Again, if I ftp to the same samba server I get steady 2-3MB/s. My specs: 12" 1Ghz Powerbook, 768MB ram, 40GB HD (25GB free), AE Panther installed with archive and install So, has anyone else experienced this? Solutions, suggestions? Any help would be REALLY appreciated!
