This guy has me using this pdf file which contains his logo. It also has some unwanted white areas when the whole thing should be transparent besides the black artwork. I'm not an old pro when it comes to working with PDF stuff but am I correct in assuming there's nothing I can do to keep the current quality after removing the white? My job here is to place this logo in some artwork, not work on the logo. He can't seem to come up with a layered psd or even a fully transparent file.
opened in illustrator, the offending white area was on the same layer as the tribal art, so I live-traced the layer, made it an outline, filled the correct area with black and removed the original layer.
