I booted to os 9 for the first time in months, then back to OS X
" Item 'finder' is used by Mac OS X and cannot be opened "
ihit "ok" and then
"the operation could not be completed. an unexpected error occurred code -50)."

then hit ok. computer works fine as far as i can tell. finder opens, desktop is there.... what is going on.
i restart, same thing. i log out, same thing.
insites? solutions? is this even a problem?

thanks
~aaron

ps i did search the forums, keyword was finder, didn't see what i needed.

Yes, it's definitely a problem, I can at least say that much! Are your OSes on separate partitions?

Run disk first aid, if that doesn't work, reinstall.
