I have posted several legitimate questions and observations in various threads on this site and have got nothing in return except smart assed comments and insults. Thanks for making a person feel welcome and I hope you losers have a wonderfull life living in your parent's basement, masturbating to online porn and Macworld Magazine!

I take it the Apple Apologist(tm) jumped all over you. I bet they called you an "idiot" for pointing our real shortcomings in OS X? They do kill the messenger here.

Offhand I don't remember reading any of your questions or observations. Some of us do try to be helpful when we're not masturbating to Mac magazines. Speaking of which, looks like the bathroom's free, so it's time for me to go ... now where did I leave that MacDesign?
Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them.

MacDesign is MUCH more spank-worthy than Macworld, which is good for maybe a little rise, but certainly not completion. Of course back in the day, NOTHING got you off faster than MacWEEK!

This is one if the threads you started:

"1,000 songs in your pocket?

Or are you happy to see me?
iPod? Not for me! I still prefer the warm sound of LPs on my 20 year old turn table. MP3s are great if you're on a budget and don't want to spend any cash...but converting, then burning them on a CD is my prefered method. iPod?....iPass! "

Sorry I didn't know you were serious, I thought you were retarded.

I think one should realize that starting threads asking for input from other people means that you are not always going to receive the input you desire....that's sort of the risk of coming on a bulletin board. And life, for that matter.

People are so....messy. They don't do as you desire, even when you ask them to.

However, I have not read all the other threads to which you refer...I just went down now and saw your thread "?" on platinum sounds, to which I replied. I didnt see all that much in that thread anyways that fits your description...in fact several people agreed with you (not me, however).

anyhow, thanks for sharing.

from a person that gets a laugh from other people's learning disabilities?

Typical Mac-user, apparently, since everyone here seems to share the same humor.

My thoughts exactly. I can't stand that kind of heavily-applied, smug, self-assured disdain.

And I have no patience for people proclaiming that they are leaving these boards for good via whiny insults because they weren't coddled. So he didn't get some of his questions answered. Who hasn't? So some people were rude to him. It happens. Instead of portraying the entire forum readership to be financially dependent, computer fetishists, perhaps he could have made a measured decision as to whether he wanted to continue participating or not and simply have acted on that decision.

If he decided to stay, he could have even tried addressing his concerns in a mature way through constructive critisim. I'm sure some would have ignored him; I'm sure some would have insulted him. But I'm also sure that some would have participated in a meaningful discusion about it. He certainally would not have earned my self-assured disdain that way. His petulance bored me. I yawned. It happens.

....masturbating to online porn and Macworld Magazine!
macworld, macuser, macweekly.... whatever! as long as it's got those macromedia ads with the bitch in the leather catsuit!

[and for those with alternative pecadillos there's always the microsoft 'hey kids. look how risqu we are' office ad featuring the delectable "transvestite" builder]

let's face it, who needs online porn when you've got that kind of one-handed reading material at your disposal?

Oh, so I suppose you agree with this :

On "another" forum, someone wrote (about the shortcomings of the new equalizer in iTunes 2) that software equalizers suck and that Apple should give away a hardware equalizer for free! And that person was serious. People whined and whined about an equalizer, they finally get one, and then 10 bands is not enough. I'm sorry, but there may be Apple Apologists, but there are just as many Apple Never-Satisfied-Bastards.
