I would like to send photos from my iMac to my iPod touch. Is there way to do it? I have enabled "home share" but it seems I can only send images from my iPod to the iMac and not the other way. Is this correct?

Are you looking for a wireless solution, or do you want this to happen when you plug in the iPT to the iMac?

simplest way would be to email them to your iPod Touch, and then save the file to your photo library. Good for 1-2 photos at a time, but if you want to move 100, then I agree with the photostream option.
