Confirming earlier rumors, Google is opening up wearable computing device Google Glass for purchase for one day in the US. Any US adult can join the Explorer program with any shade or frame for $1,500, plus applicable local sales tax. Available devices are limited. Purchase begins April 15 at 6AM PDT.
Coachella streaming on YouTube, courtesy Google and T-Mobile
Google and T-Mobile are teaming up to live-stream Coachella on YouTube. Between April 11 and April 13, the majority of the performances will be streamed on Google's YouTube service. Additionally, if users are in a Hangouts chat, select users will be chosen to speak with some of the artists while they are backstage, either before or after a performance.

Google should be PAYING people to wear those stupid snooping devices for the sole benefit of Google's Master Plan.

I applied for the explorer program and got an invitation within 48 hours. I don't think there's too much preventing "the public" from getting ahold of one of these as it is.
Didn't buy, BTW.

Dumbest product for consumers yet. Unless you are one of those tools that love to give away your privacy.

I guess you, or all the other non-tools in this forum do not use Facebook.
