You could also FTP into Apple and get it that way. that's how I got it when the link wasn't working. you can do Batch DL's that way too.

With 9.1 on the akamai server now, we don't really have to worry about connection problems (unless you're on a 56k modem)

I would rather worry about the problems it's going to cause to your Macintosh once you update the OS. If you update you're taking a big risk.
