I saw a Performa 630 in The Perfect Storm. It's on the woman meteorologist's desk. The only problem is that the Performa 630 came out in 1994 and this movie was based in 1991.

That could have been any number of Performas based on that case design... but you're right, the last one to do so (the 6300?) came out more than 3 years ago.

Well according to this page, Performas were introduced in September of 1992.

The Performa 630 slim line case design came out in 1994. The first Performa was the Performa 200, which looked just like a Classic II (in fact it actually was, with different software).
