Hi there,
I'd like to let you know about the launch of a design contest for the upcoming t-shirt shop: Dsign Chill. Maybe you could be interested so that's why I'm posting here. The contest will end on January 29, 2006.
It's kind of simple : here are the quotes I'd like to see on designs:
- Do What You Gotta Do (feat. You)
- Forever No More
- Good enough Inc.
- What's Going On?
- You Make Me Feel Like A Natural Woman

I'll never understand why people place no value, or little value, on design. A "contest," indeed.
Students and junior art directors / designers:
You'll receive many offers for work in exchange for paltry sums of money. I would only do it if:
a. It's a friend, a family member or a group / organization you believe in or want to help.
b. It's an opportunity to do something that has a shot at the award shows.

Look it, if you're looking for cheapie design, google "logo design" and have your pick from 219,000,000 links. Here better yet, I picked one out for you: http://www.thelogoloft.com They charge ONLY $69.00! If you expect to be paid for your T-shirts, at least pay for a design.
