I've seen a lot of screenshot by screenshot coverage of the new OSX client, Tiger, but I haven't read (m)any reports on the changes to be introduced to the server version of the OS..

I'm certainly interested in any links that people might be able to provide me with, or thoughts, from developers who have installed it.

I read somewhere that it was getting Jabber support, and ThinkSecret reported a list of services that changed, but not how..

I'd be particularly interested to see if they've added support for becoming a "Local .Mac" server, through some hack of OpenTalk(Rendezvous/ZeroConf) and WebDav..

I've contemplated trying to re-write the DNS requests to mac.com myself, to see how do-able this would be, but.. That's another post

Any insights would be appreciated.
