Is anyone else getting into the new NBC show Heroes as much as I am? The first couple of eps were just alright, but the last three have been down right exciting. Maybe this is just because I am a big X-Men fan (and this show clearly takes a lot of inspiration from X-Men), or maybe because the show looks like it has a lot of potential.
NBC Heroes
Thoughts, ideas, comments?

I grabbed the first episode and then watched the little marathon Sunday -- and then the new one last night. It's pretty good, but fairly formulaic: people getting powers, a bad guy that acts good knows all about it and is part of a big conspiracy, saving the world from yet another nuke, etc.
It's Tivoed, though, so we'll probably keep watching -- plus Ali is hawt in that skank kinda way.

It's on my "don't miss" list. I'm a comic book geek, so it's right up my alley, er...Ali.

I am totally hooked!!! and thank god for the DVR...,
ever since I was a kid I always wondered what it would be like to suddenly realize you had some super power... it was an interesting situation to think about, so I guess this show really hits home in that sense for me, pluss it's just damn cool...
I still dont understand what the skitzo girl has offer in the sense of super powers, seem to me she just has mental issues...
I was happy to see that one dude fly this last episode, and what is with the younger patrelli (sp?) what are his powers, to use what powers the people have around him? guess that will come in handy when he fights sylar... SHIAT! I just realized that, he will be able to defeat Sylar! maybe?
I donno I am hooked!

Yes, Peter is a mimic.
As for the flying, I don't see how he kept his pants on.

Her mental issues are able to kill several grown men at once. That's pretty super.

That seems pretty standard in some of my ex's.

She probably has some other powers we don't know about yet. Increased strength or something. Which is why was she able to overpower two guys at once. That and rip their bodies to shreds.
He kept his pants on the same way The Hulk is able to keep his pants on, even though he grows to like 10 times his original size. (Though you could make the joke that his pants were already off once in that ep, and we didn't need to have it happen again.)

The show came out with a bang, but hopefully it's just building characters and not shooting itself in the foot with too many characters and confusing plots, hopefully we get some direction soon...
I am still hooked, and I love my DVR!
