his is my problem, i can access my computer using a web browser somewhere else, but what i want to do is, to have someone else accessing my mac through a windows pc, but this person could only be able to see a folder that i give him/her permission to, and then we could share files through that, download or upload files there ....
does anyone have a detailed explanation on how to do that ?

Enable Windows File Sharing in System Preferences. This will share your Public folder. The Drop Box folder can be used by other users to upload files.
