Hi,
i'm working with a used macbook pro(i just got this computer) that is loaded with final cut pro. i am trying to upload video footage directly from my sony hdr hc9 handycam(its a mini DV and i'm using a firewire cable). the computer recognizes the still photographs from the memory stick. but it does not recognize and upload the video. my old windows vista computer recognizes the video and uploads it fine. please help, i appreciate any information you might have.
