Does anyone know if there is an app that shows you or alerts you to when you are in an area where using a cell phone in your car is illegal. Well, except for hands free.

This is probably a moving target and may someday be moot, but how are we to know these laws? I travel a lot, guess, I could study up a bit before I go but I have even found cities within an metro area that do this when the metro area does not.

I would buy this in a minute.
