I just got a new iPod Nano (my first) and am having problems moving CDs to the iPod. Can anyone offer me a step-by-step process. The Apple guide is all over the place and not very helpful at all.

Insert CD.
Open iTunes.
Wait.
Plug in iPod.
Click sync.

I am wondering if you've ever used an iPod or iTunes. That isn't how it works, and your description is even better than Apple's.
