Just saw this on macrumors, sent a message to the poster but he doesnt seem to be responding.

http://forums.macrumors.com/showthre...tober+desktops

It is off one of those "show me your desktop" threads

look about half way down, there is a pic of a lit up pb keyboard with a translucent (semi-transparent) window ontop of it.

I had no idea this was possible.

is this a trick i have been missing all these years because i would REALLY like to find out how to do it....

any thoughts on how it might be done?

God this place is so stupid. All posts are from retards like you asking questions that could be answered with a simple Google search. I just look at the posts here for the last few months and they just get more and more retarded.

Try a search for the program "SetAlphaValue" over at versiontracker.

And when your done with that, try kwyji's advice and google for stuff. I just got done googling "**** for brains" and got a few good returns...including a picture of kwyji himself!
