HP office -can recieve Faxes.... keeps disconnecting

	I have a new G5 with HP office all in one 4100. I can print, but when I recieve faxes, you can hear the handshake then it kicks the fax off and prints an error page. (error 242) anybody have any ideas...? I know the phone line works and yesteday I got two junk faxes...went through easy (figures) I have had the problem once and I re installed the software, but this time it didn't fix the issue My software rev is 7.4.1...
