That's Windows.

Easy to tell because:

1) the 'menubar' has items very spaced out, and with icons, like the windows taskbar (placed at the top of the screen)
2) cramped, coloured icons in the top right of the 'menubar'
3) The window widgets are in the upper right of each window, not left.
4) Every mac user except Kristoff got sick of 100% magnification on the dock years ago.

EDIT: Amended item #4.

You could get a Mac to look like that (i.e. have the windows partially minimized and all distorted). It's possible to kill the dock while minimizing a window and it'll be distorted.

5) No Finder on the far left of the Dock (trash not on the far right either).

Hmmm....I didn't. In fact, I find it 100% useful.

You will have to amend your amended item #4 as I also find the 100% magnification of the Dock very useful. :-P
