I have a Rio500, and some of you who also have one probably know that OSX has kernel panics when you try to use the thing with iTunes. I actually copied some files onto mine a while ago in OSX before having a panic. The Rio shows 50MB or internal storage used, but there are no songs, just a Track 1, 12 seconds, called folder 1. Doesn't do anything. The problem is, now, even if I boot into 9.1, no program can read the drive (just says reading internal and keeps thinking and thinking). I guess I need to initialize the hard drive... but that isn't possible if I can't get a program to read the drive. Can anyone help me with this?
