So I am pretty set on going Dvoark, two questions
1. How do I change it for Dvorak for normal American Englsih
2. How do I change my keys on my keyboard easily?

On #2, I would recommend purchasing a replacement keyboard on ebay and experimenting with it, rather than risk ruining the one you got.

I think you can select a Dvorak layout under the "International" control panel, since its just another keyboard layout.

I'd recommend buying a second keyboard also, although my 1-year-old daughter has had no problem at all picking the keys off my iBook. She just grabs the key caps at the top corner and pulls! There are no springs to lose, the key cap snaps into some levers on the keyboard itself.
