I have a silly little mail problem, which I am hoping one of you may help me with.
when I open an email, I get it FULL SIZE and cannot find the way to bring it back to normal.
I know there must be a way, but I cant find it!
your expert help much appreciated.

I don't understand what you mean by "full size" and "normal" for your email. Do you mean the font size? Viewing in the preview pane (assuming Mail.app)? More details about what exactly is the problem would be helpful.

A screen shot would also probably be helpful in diagnosing and solving this issue, too.

no ,I just mean that the mail takes over the whole screen.
the font size is ok.

So the message you open just takes up the whole window? If so, just hit the the green button at the top left of the window. That should shrink the message. There's also a way to adjust the window size in the lower right - a little indicator with 3 diagonal lines. You can then shrink the message that way.

I think once you close the mail window at the size you like, the rest of the windows will open at that size.
