my iphone is sync as a camara to computer in also i cant get it to sync to itunes if deleted i tunes everything

Ok as I understand it you can sync your iPhone to computer but only has camera?
You can not for some reason sync to iTunes?
It would help if you could say what computer your using PC or Mac with details (OS-X Snow Leopard,
Mountain Lion) etc version of iTunes & iPhone (4S or 5 & IOS 5 or IOS 6)

This would be easier to troubleshoot if you didn't type like drunk Tarzan. Please let us know what version iTunes you're using and what computer OS you're using. Thanks...BTW, "fire hot...me no like"
